Our Team and Story
We’re a US-based scale-up with a team of 25 brilliant scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs scattered across the US, India, Dubai, and Chile (because – why not?).
Led by four co-founders with a combined experience of over 60 years with backgrounds of BITS Pilani, London Business School, Carnegie Mellon, the International Center for Genetic Engineering & Biotech, and Target Corp, we’ve got the brains, the ambition and the frequent flyer miles to prove it.
Oh, and we also boast of staunch support from an international squad of domain experts, investors, academic and infrastructure partners who are as passionate as we are about making a dent in the Universe.
Our epic journey began in 2018, when two of our co-founders had a life-changing epiphany – courtesy, their 5-year-old niece – to fix the health of our people and our planet. They turned minimalists and set out on (what has so far been) a 7-year and 45,000 km adventure across 8 countries. Along the way, they piloted, validated, and enrolled a bunch of awesome people and organizations to help make the vision a reality.
And now? Well, we’re here, armed with recognition from the likes of United Nations, Clean Tech Group USA, BMW Foundation and Falling Walls Germany, Startup Chile, and Puerto Rico Science & Tech Trust, ready to usher in a new era of deep tech and science-backed AFIs and their applications in consumer products of all kinds.
